STAY AWAY - *********** technicians, no calls from manager as promised

My fridge was not cooling, when I phoned, I asked if they fix the fridge on site when the come and give the quote, to which they answered 'yes'.

They came and gave me a quote for replacing the filer, valve and re-gassing the fridge, to which I found out after accepting the quote is way more than what I should have paid.

I was told they can only do it the next day because the fridge needed to be off for a certain amount of time, so already they could not fix it the same day as I was told over the phone.

They arrived the day after giving the quote and did all of the above, after which the compressor is running 99% of the time and it is still not cooling.

I already had to take a 2nd day off from work for them instead of just the one. Now I am told they can only come between 9 and 5:30 to fix a their mess, meaning I need to take a 3rd day off from work, which I am not willing to do.

Apart from all of this, I have phoned their office to request a refund because I am not getting the service out of them that I paid for. I have been promised 3 times that a manager will call me back, but that never seems to happen.
