Ripping South Africans off

It has taken this company 2 weeks to come and fix my 3 appliances - first charge a call out of 690 , then want to charge nearly 3 x the amount of other companies. 1800 just to gas a fridge .... 1500 for an element change in an oven. Plus still labour to add to that. It would be over 6000 just to have 3 appliances fixed with nothing major wrong. Then it took them a full week to actually rock up. Every day was different excuses. And when asked if I can speak to the owner I was told that isn’t possible. Shocking and the worst part the staff don’t care.
