Poor workmanship

On the 22/10/2020 I had a problem with my fridge and contacted a company called Fixit in Epping Industria in Cape Town. So they came out and did some work on my fridge. Two days after Christmas on the 27/12/2020, my fridge started tripping my electricity. After getting someone recommended by a friend to have a look at my fridge, this technician asked me if anyone worked on my fridge and I told him about Fixit. The guy took phototos and showed me the poor workmanship and damaged done by Fixit's technicians. After contacting the people at Fixit and telling them about my problem, they wanted photos or proof, which I sent them. Now I am not hearing from them, the last communication I got was on the 29/12/2020 where they rep**** in an e-mail saying that they will get back to me as soon. I have to throw away food from Christmas that went off. I had to inconvenience my neighbours to put some of my meat in their fridge, otherwise I would have had to dispose of more food and meat which we bought during December. I cannot wait until after the holidays for them to get back to me and then they want to come up with all kinds of excuses and how the problem I am having with my fridge is not their fault.
