MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, USELESS COMPANY IN THE WORLD!

Using fix-itt to repair my dryer was the absolute WORST experience I’ve had with an appliance repair company. It’s been two months+ since I first had my broken dryer assessed for repairs and it is still not fixed! They quoted R2,500 for new parts and promised each time that I called (which was a lot) that they would update me on the status of the parts that eventually arrived six weeks later- they never updated me. When they FINALLY arrived to install the parts, they found that they’d missed a burnt DB board on the unit!! They tried to blame it on me saying that I must’ve used the broken dryer in the time since they’d assessed it! They offered to collect the unit the following day (after I’d lost my cool for the 10th time) and try and repair the DB board in their warehouse. That was two weeks ago.... my broken dryer is still here. And the cherry on the cake? I just finished a FULL-ON screaming match over the phone with Rebecca from their accounts dept. accusing me of not even ever paying the R2,500!!
