Fixitt- ********* unprincipled dishonorable business ,

The thermofan of my Smeg oven was repaired. I paid for the repaired on-site. I was advised by the technician that the coupling of one of the plates had to be replaced and I later received the quote. I paid ,however I fiddled with the plate and it worked. I advised Fixitt that I no long needed the item repaired and requested a refund. This is when the chaos started. I spoke to the directors of company Zaheer Omarjee and Aamena Nakooda, but was basically given the run around. They did not want to refund the funds. After several months I contacted the technician telling him to install the coupling even though it was not required. I knew I would never get the refund
