Fixitt Refrigeration and Applience Repairs in Epping 2, Cape Town: I received the most pathetic service from them as i took my Samsung T/D to them for an assessment letter, and was told to pay R450, which i pay by EFT the same day, After almost 2 weeks, I follow up on the assessment letter as I have not receive any call nor letter or any communication from them. Today I follow up on the outstanding letter and were told i need to pay a further R500 for the letter. I was not informed of this extra payment from the beginning as I then would not make use of their service They definitely do not communicate to me as the customer, Nor explain to me what to expect and what i pay for.
