Fixing things that arent broken, then I have to pay for it. 2 Months later....

My Sumsung fridge broke on the 8th of March (this is the second time in 7 months, and please note I bought it brand new in 2013), I contacted "Fixitt - Appliance and Fridge Repairs ". They came out and said its my compressor. I gave them the go-ahead and they replaced it. R2700 later and it still did not work. Fixitt came back the following week, took my fridge in for "observation". It took them 3 weeks to figure out what the real problem was (or so they say). They then ordered the faulty part in the last week of March. To this day I am still waiting for my fridge. I have been **** to, ignored (they say they will phone me back then it never happens, this happened 17 times) and been given empty promises (the part will arrive end of the week, only for them the say no now its next week) by them in the past 7 weeks. And the worst thing is I paid them R2700 to replace my "broken" compressor, for nothing!!! I am currently minus a Fridge and minus R2700 and no one phones you back to say what's going on!

I will never make use of them again and I will never recommend them to any one. Please stay as far away from them as you can.
