excessive waiting time

this is just an fyi for anyone who wants to use their services. You have to pay upfront and then wait 21 working days for the parts. That means a full month. Can you imagine being without a fridge for a month just to replace a simple broken fan. I would think that a reputable company like Fixitt and Defy would hold spares in country. I will never buy a defy again
