Don’t use them

First they came out to assess our bosch washing machine which was a R400 cash call out fee. Then they came back to replace the part that was needed for the machine to work again - R1300. Then 2 weeks later the machine stops working again. This time the machine gets taken to their workshop for assessment with the promise of a loan machine. 5 days later, no loan machine and no word from them. After calling them, now we need to install a R1500 refurbished part for the machine to work. This is not on. I would’ve never even started to repair the machine if I knew upfront what all the costs would be.
