Do NOT USE> THIS COMPANY is a SHAM

This company is a sham. Do not use them. I am still waiting for a part for over a year now and despite multiple calls to multiple senior management there is still no progress. They take your money and you never hear from them again. Do not use them. My second appliance they took a part two months ago and have yet to attempt to contact me regarding replacing it.
