DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. 800% markup on parts!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They over-inflate prices by ridiculous margins and make up the labour prices as they go. They quoted an assessment fee or R685 which would include labour if repair is effected. Once onsite though (and your are already in for the assesment fee) they quoted R960 for a R120 part. When I spoke to the manager he tried to also revise the callout and labour charges. R1800 for replacing thermostat. BEWARE!
