Disgusting Customer Service

If there was a worse review than 1 star I would do that. I had a horrible experience dealing with Fixitt. They do not treat their customers well. They avoid dealing with the problem. The boss is never available to deal with your problem and the Manager keeps saying that 'they' will contact me. They allegedly replaced a part that I did not need and are refusing to come and replace the correct part without me paying for the new part as well. They lie and so do their technicians. The fact that company can treat their customers so shockingly in this time when looking after your client base is so valuable and if they had resolved this they would have had a customer for life. They do nothing and you keep calling and calling and sending emails and bottom line is that Fixitt is the worst company I have dealt with in a very long while and I am now out R1800 and my oven is still not fixed!
