Damage when fridge delivered

After waiting for 4 months for my fridge to be repaired and delivered it was eventually delivered on 15 April 2024. Upon delivery the staff broke the cover of my kitchen light and when they left I noticed that the tiles connected to the kitchen counter as well the kick board was broken. This was because as they were carrying the fridge in they had rested the weight of the fridge on the counter. phoned the guys to come back and take photos to report it to the office. They couldn’t as they had another call out to attend to. I reported it the same day to the office with photos of the damage. Believe me when I say that you will not get any reply or response unless you phone/email/whatsapp. Eventually received a message on 7 May confirming that my email was received and that “they” would respond asap. Nothing received thus far. It is now 1 June. Communication certainly seems to be a challenge in this business or simply a case of “who cares” The light cover though was eventually fixed after I had to follow up within them. Really disappointed in the way I was treated.
