Cape repairs bad service

This company doesn't deserve a star. They apparently fixed my fridge and I payed R1650. My fridge is still not working. Very bad service from technician with very little knowledge on servicing appliances. On following up there was a lady answering the phone who sounds like she just got out of bed and making excuses of being in meetings. Clearly I have lost my money and I need to buy a new fridge.
