AIRING DIRTY LAUNDRY

I have been forced to give a one star because negative rating isn't offered. This is the review I have left on their website -( the initial interaction before the repair or lack thereof had been discovered was very positive) - I have now been ignored for 2 full months - totally disinterested).......on their website updated today Ami Bro 5 reviews Cant report back on the state of repair of the washing machine as yet but Sangeza and Nicholas were next level professional, ultra friendly and a delight to deal with...a credit to the company UPDATE!!!! Five stars of February amended to 1 (only because negative rating isn't possible) MAchine had NOT been repaired at all and was re-assessed on 2 April and agreed that shocks had not been replaced. Fixxit have now had the machine in their possession - ostensibly under guarantee - for 2 FULL months today. They do not reply to calls, whatsapps or emails. I do not know what to do or how to have my machine returned
