A very unpleasant experience

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have just had a very unpleasant experience with this company. I called them out to have a look at my oven, they arrived 20mins after calling as they were already in the area which cost R695 call out fee/travel fee, they then went on to charge R450 for labour. On checking the oven they found that the selector switch had blown and needed relplacing, a part that costs R91.10 from Tesca they are charging R950 for the same part. This is shocking and a warring to anyone who contacts this company for any repairs be aware of their prices
