*********, ******* vultures

Events 23 Februarie 2019 Anna Edwards King Price policy number: KP **********

My son was in an accident with my car - registered in my name and on my insurance. Within seconds after the accident, FirstHelp was there. By the time I arrived at the scene they were already ready to tow the car. They just needed my signature. I said I'm with King Price and have to call them first, but I did not have my policy details or phone with me. Christian of FirstHelp then told me that he works for King Price and knows all the rules. It is not necessary to call King Price - I only need to write an e-mail the next day. I still refused to sign his form. I insisted on calling my insurance and they pushed me for a signature saying that the traffic rules are that the car has to be removed immediately. Christian then asked my son, who was severely traumatized, to sign the form and they towed the car to their premises.

Here are the issues: • It was not necessary to remove the car in a hurry because it was not blocking any traffic. It was on the sidewalk, not in the street. They **** to me so they could make money. • FirstHelp never told us that it will cost R2500 per day if they take the car. If they really knew the King Price rules (like Christian said), they would have taken the car to the King Price premises and there would not have been any further charges. • I did not know that FirstHelp would refuse to release the car to King Price until their bill was paid. If FirstHelp really were working for King Price, this would not have been an issue.

FirstHelp were like vultures ascending on us abusing us in a time of trauma. They pushed for a signature before we could realize what was going on.

When I called Christian of FirstHelp afterwards to express my disappointment in their work ethic, he put the phone down.

FirstHelp must be blacklisted because: • Christian **** to me when he said he worked for King Price. • When I wanted to call King Price first, Christian **** again, telling me that he knew the King Price rules and it was not necessary to call, only to write an email the next day. • They asked my son, who was severely traumatized, to sign their papers. My son was not authorized to sign on my behalf. I believe it was ******* for them to tow my car. • They never told me it will cost R2500 per day if they take the car. • They refuse to release the car to my insurance. They have no right to the car. It is my property and they towed it without my permission.
