Tow Truck Driver Endangering other Motorists, Running Red Lights

Are your tow truck driver allowed to blatantly drive through red lights and indanger other motorists in order to be the first on the scene? They are not emergency vehicles, they do not have sirens and are not authorised to disobey traffic laws. Your driver tried to push his way through the intersection while traffic was already moving the other way. I was on my motorbike and do not care for this blatant disrespect for the law, and deliberately putting my life in danger so he can make his commission. I have the incident recorded with the company name (FirstHelp), license plate (940 FST GP) number and full view of the driver pulling a zap sign at me.. I'll be handing the video over to police and posting it on social media, thank you.
