****** radio after towing of vehicle

Steven van Zyl of First Help towed my daughters Kia that has a radio with blue tooth and a USB port in. We received the car back with a standard radio in. Steven took photos at the scene yet the photos he submitted showed no radio in the car. His checklist indicated a radio with a face on. No one at First Help returns Discovery or the panel beater's messages. All the proof was submitted to Discovery showing that the radios differ. This is theft and *****. First Help will never touch a car of mine again.
