Stay away from First Help - they have no interest in helping people.

My son's motorcycle was towed (after his accident on 5 May 2019) without his or my consent; which is *******. I've contacted First Help, UTASA and just keep getting emails back saying "we will get back to you", "the matter is being investigated". Caution to the public, rather find a reputable company. It is now more than 2 months later, and still no clear answers or assistance.
