My husband was involved in a car accident on one Monday morning with 3 cars. He was the one who bumped the 2nd car from the back cause that lady stopped the car suddenly so his car slided since the road was wet. First Help road sides assitance rushed there pretending they care. When I got there they made my husband talk to someone on the phone who they claimed was from the insurance company of the lady my husband bumped and that her 3rd party was going to cover my husband since she admits that she was wrong. That person told my husband to allow them to take the car so it can be assessed to know if it was a write off or what. We went with them to see where they were taking the car to which is at Florida opposite bosmont station. The following day when my husband got there he found out that it was all a ****. He was fooled. They claimed that he needs to pay R7000. 00 for storage. We were so davastated we were fooled. They said otherwise they won't release his car. I want people to know that First Help is not a company to trust. Now we won't have a pleasant Xmas. Our Children don't even have clothes for Xmas. They took all of our money. ????
