RESERVING A HOLIDAY WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT TO ***** MY POINTS

First Group is trying to ***** my points. They have booked a holiday for me without me asking for it and when I phoned and spoke to Valoshine at first group her response was she would phone the hotel and come back to me which she did saying that she doesn't know who did the booking as it had no name(HOW CONVENIENT)and that my space banked points would be credited, However the next day phoned and said she doesn't think she can credit my points which should have already happened when I spoke to them at the beginning of the year. The hotel phoned me on Friday night asking if I was still coming which means 1. someone committed ***** by booking a holiday for me without my knowledge or consent.2 After informing Valoshine and her telling me that she had phoned the hotel, no one was aware or took note, Then on Saturday and Monday I get an email again confirming a booking I DID NOT MAKE also stating in the email that points cannot be credited if I don't use the facility I DID NOT ASK FOR.In my eyes that *****ing as I paid for my week to be space banked and now they taking everything, not acceptable by any standard!!
