Refund me please

First Group Selborne Hotel and Spa in Pennington South Coast of Durban is a very unprofessional and disorganized hotel. Me and my husband went to check in on Saturday the 5th of January, only to find that there was no electricity in the hotel from the day before. Firstly what kind of a four star hotel does not have a generator, secondly nobody bothered to inform us about the situation prior to arriving at the hotel. So we wasted petrol from Pinetown to the South Coast for nothing. Today is the 11th of January and we still have not received our refund nor any feeeback regarding when we can expect our money back......all we want now is our money back. We have been phoning everyday consistently to find out what is happening with our refund and there is never a clear answer this is seriously unacceptable and very poor service from the hotel.
