Reckless driving

This morning one of the first help drivers completely ran a red light over a painted island to skip traffic. I think it's ridiculous how he drove in order to get to an accident scene. When I called to lay a complaint, I was transferred by 5 different people saying that the next person is the person to talk to. After the 5th transfer, the call was hung up. Please sort this out and hold the drivers of first help accountable
