please help me to get my refund back

i joined first leisure on the 17/07/2017 at shaka paid a joining fee of R2700,waited for them to deduct money on my account but it never happened,in september i did a follow-up i was told that i don't qaulify i said it fine can i plz have a refund,i was told to send an email i did on the 17th of November,they rep**** said i will get the money in 7 to 10 working days since today 18/08/2018 i have not received the money,when i call they say they will call me back or the mananger is not around i must call again ,the agent name was Tsungie when i ask for her to explain she's always busy with another cient so the say.
