Pathetic service
I made a booking through first groip, asked to move the dates but they're fully booked. I had to move due to health reasons and because a guest couldn't get leave. I then asked to cancel but now they say they can cancel but not refund. This is absolutely pathetic. I must canvel but they just ***** you over.
