PATHETIC FIRST GROUP SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst company to make bookings through, the worst company that does not get back to you via e-mail, phone calls, etc. AND, they e-mail you a booking/reservation made letter, but when the actual destination is contacted, you're not booked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The worst company to follow up, THEY DON'T GET BACK TO YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
