Outstanding Refund

I cancelled my contract with first group and should refund my entire amount. I paid R12 387.34 between January and May 2020. On 30 October 2020 they paid R10 200 of the money owed. R2 187.34 was not paid. The account was handled by Ms Joyce Faith and she left the company. The account was handed over to Ms Reshma Naidoo. I was told to submit my ban account so that outstanding amount can be paid. I was following up with Reshma and she sent me to pillar to post since December 2020 to an extend that she is no longer answering my call or responding to my emails. My club Number is ***.
