No Customer Service Etiquette

I have been emailing First Group with regards to a refund since 18th January 2023. They keep telling me they are going to call me back but never do. I've sent about 10 emails to their staff and nobody responds to the emails. Totally unprofessional staff and the email addresses that they give you to report your complaint is not even being manned.
