Misleading and poor communication

I recently signed up for the first group loyal plus deal. I was at the breakers resort and went to the ekko lounge to discuss this with a rep. I was told that if I sign up I'll always have access to the 2 night mid week deal and 4 night mid week deal at Breakers. Upon going to book again I realised that breakers amongst other resorts are not eligible on this deal which is frustrating knowing that the only reason I signed up was for the Breakers deals.

When I Called in, all I got was an apology and no further assistance. Nothing to make up for the fact that a paying client was misled and there's nothing that could be done to rectify this.
