****mers using their *********** booking system!

First Group booking services are the most doge booking agency ever! Today I went onto Magalies Park Haartebeesport website to book accommodation for Saturday 22 July and check-out on Sunday 23 July. I registered and paid. I got confirmation booking *** email and the dates were incorrect. I tried to call them and it was outside office hours so no answer. I also wanted to enquire about day visitors and how that works. I get a call from Nonhlanhla from Magalies Park Hartbee****rt asking how far am I. I was hoping that she is returning my missed call from this afternoon. Only to learn that I am expected to check-in. I explain above and she calls the booking company First Group. First Group agent who was on standby advised Nonhlanhla that I am basically lying and made an error when booking as Sat is full and wouldn't have given me an option. I was clearly defeated-the system guru's and the client who gained them R1589.50 for FUN right? They made a quick buck with their ****py system. Nonhlanhla to ld me that there is a client who checked in recently but their booking was in October. Guess what the messed up system messed that client too. This is wrong in all ways! I don't want to go there anymore...Horrible service without even going there. I will never go there and I want my refund!
