I was cheated / ****med by FIRST GROUP.

I was called and offered a getaway to the Bushmans neck resort by your agent.

I accepted and paid in full .

I was to go to the resort just before the end of August.

Unfortunately the resort but down and we had to cancel our getaway.

I requested a refund and the agent promised to process the refund.

To date nothing has been done.

I am out of pocket in access of R2199.00 and First Group has avoided my refund.

I will also be approaching the consumer council in this regard.

I demand my refund immediately.
