HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Booked online for midweek at Magalies Park 26 - 30 October 2020. Booked on the 28th of September. A lady from First Group phoned me 4 days prior check in and told me she has terrible news for me. She said that my booking should have been a failed booking and that I will not be able to go anymore. What a disappointment for us as a family. You guys knew about the situation 3 weeks prior to phoning me. I could have booked somewhere else, but instead they waited until 4 days prior to check in. I am utterly disgusted in their total lack of service. Will never book a get away via them in the future. Please be warned. My booking number was ***
