Hit and run

<p>I left my car at a filling station in a parking bay, and when I got back it was badly damaged from the back. Apparenlty no one saw what happend, and had to go do an incident report at the nearest police station. The kind manager at the filling station gave me numbers to contact the station owner to get footage, as no one saw anything. After a week without a car, I got footage that show who was responsible.</p> <p> </p> <p>The tow track was towing another car and they didn't secure the car on the tow track. The car ot loose and smashed very hard on my parked car. The owner of the car left numbers so that I can contact her since her car was the one that hit mine. She told me that it was not our responsibility for the cars to get fixed, and they are already fixing her car at that moment. Finally I called the company and told them that I didn't have a choice but to get the car fixed as soon as possible because I need it for work. They requested the invoice I got from the panel beaters that I received, and I did give it to them. They now need a proof of payment from the bank, and been talling them I had cash on me at the time and they took it so that I can get proof of payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>According to Amu Baloyi, the person I have been talking to. The company will not pay because I paid in cash instead of depositing the money into the panel beater's account.</p> <p> </p> <p>At the current moment, I payed for a car that they damaged and they are not taking responsibility..</p>
