After we experienced challenges (to say the least) with our booking and from calling three people from First Group with no success. Jeremy took our call and escalated it as soon as we explained our frustrations.

After a frustrating three days without any feedback he was very forthcoming with information. I am happy to say that two weeks later our query has been resolved.
