First Help_*********** employees
I was in a motor vehicle accident on the 24/12/2018.
My initial contact with First Help was on the 27/12/2018, this was to establish my vehicles whereabouts, I was informed that it had been towed to Renew -It in Randburg.
My first contact with insurer was on the 7/01/2018. I spoke to a Robyn Moses, he did not relay much to me except that he was monitoring my claim and that he was waiting for feedback from the towing company and the assessor. He did not at any stage relay to me that my vehicle was still in Roodepoort with the towing company.
I called First Help again today; I was informed that it had been towed on the 31/12/2018, however when I called Renew-It they had no knowledge of my vehicle.
Upon calling First Help again, I'm informed that my vehicle is still with First Help 3 weeks after it was towed.
I am frustrated because I was unsure of my vehicle’s whereabouts simply because people who are employed to do their job are *********** and 3 weeks in my vehicle has still not been assessed!
I am without a car and I am paying almost R1 300 to service providers who are incapable of doing their job!
First Help, someone has to take accountability and I will not be inconvenienced any further.
I need my car or hired car.
