First Group Towing

My vehicle was towed on 25 June 2018 after an accident on the R21. First Group's towing company, First Road Emergency stole my key ring (a BMW key ring). I handed the key (including the key ring) over to the tow truck driver in good faith. I had removed all my valuables from the car (thankfully, or else they would have ****** this too), and handed him the key - I did not think to remove the key ring as I did not imagine he would actually ***** my key ring, after knowing I had just been through the traumatic experience of an accident. I am now worried that they might have even gone to the extent of *****ing mechanical parts from my car as well, if they could ***** something as silly as a key ring. Please be aware of this company - do not allow them to tow your vehicle.
