First group magalies park

I’ve cancelled my hotel booking on 8Nov which I’m entitled for a full refund. I’ve made several calls to them they said will call me back which they never did. I’ve also emailed them several times yet until today I’m still waiting for my money. I was told I will get my money back 7days from cancellation but it has been over a month now and they just ignore me. Under consumer protection act can I claim any compensation as the terms and conditions were never meet. It’s very poor customer service and shocking arrogant staff attitude.

I would never recommend anyone to them!
