First Group Leisure/ Gooderson is an awful travel agent

This organisation is a a bunch of ******. We fully paid for a getaway with them before the pandemic hit the country and left us all in dismay and after countless calls/emails leading up to the country being put on complete lock down, they are now ******** us and have given us only a few weeks to choose dates from in 2020 . I specifically told them that because of backlog as my organisation was closed due to this ,i will be unable to choose any of the given dates and requested dates for 2021 or else a refund . They have now after the longest time rep**** saying that they can give us dates in 2021 but we will now have to pay more using the new tariffs which fall out of the special that we had fully paid for . Desiree Chetty and Bianca Naidoo have been complete disrespectful in all of this and i would never advise anyone in the world to book with , First Leisure / Gooderson Resorts . Justice needs to be served .
