First does as they please... yet again

Firsthelp always seems to think that they can take your car to a service centre of choice because after an accident you’re not able to make sure everything is done according to paper.

My accident happened in Alberton and they decided to take my car to Bedfordview instead of a service centre in alberton as stated by the insurance. Now it’s not the first time they do this! Now I have to carry the costs of moving the car to alberton. Moreover, even Clint, the CEO or so I was told, is not willing to help. Just lovey!
