Fearing for my life with FirstHelp, Emer-G-Med

In the morning i was involved in a multiple car accident, 4 vehicles was involved in this. first Help tow trucks with Emer-G-Med on the side door came out and stood by, from the people that was involved in the accident we called Metro and the ambulance to come out to assist. after waiting for a couple of minutes we (involved in the accident) discussed between our self why they take so long? in this a guy came up to us heard what we have discussed among one another and said that he canceled the ambulance and also the SAPS as he doesn't feel that it is necessary for them to assist and to come out (first of all who gives him "First Help, Emer-G-Med" the right over me and my health as i have medical aid and pay for it). I then asked him why he cancelled the emergency vehicles as some people here needs to be examined by the emergency personnel, he then told me that i need then to call again if i want too. i said to him but i did call and you cancelled it. he then rep**** to me that i need to "shut your ****en mouth" I then asked him that why is he cursing and if it is his company as this is not professional at all, he then came up in my face and told me "what are you going to ****en do" in a very threatening manner making a fist. Fearing for my safety i turned and walked away and he then again said while i was walking "yes you ****ing **** i thought so" This was the most aggressive person i have ever met in my life representing First Help, Emer-G-Med. his vehicle was reg: FS 52 LF GP. how can First Help train there employees in such a road side assistance. we need to trust you and your name said First Help, i believe that it should read No Help.
