False Advertising

First Group advertised a special -spa getaway- that included '2 nights luxury accommodation for two and an indulgent couples spa treatment' - the cost would be dependent on the property selected. I selected Chakas Rock Chalets, so the total cost would be R1510.00. This was denied by the management of First Group. They requested that I send them numerous screenshots on email advising what I have viewed. This was absolutely ridiculous as they wanted me to send them proof of what they have advertised?! Had their response which is that, is was 'per night', not 2 nights, been correct / true, then surely the consultant, teamleader, and manager would have confirmed the same upfront. Since, ofcourse, they were playing for time to deny me what they had offered, they kept making excuses and lying about their availability of the property thereafter. All this has been recorded on email which I will gladly forward to anyone willing to assist. The result from management was that she would offer me the maximum discount of whatever was then available. All I want, as a customer, is for this company to honor their advert. It is rather disturbing that they would hide behind false advertising and **** terms and conditions. Disgusting, and very poor service.
