Disappointing

First group claim department is really wasting my time.Im struggling to get reimbur*****t from them of only R1400 it's almost a month now.This is after I had to pay for my own rental car that they where suppose to supply.i pay my insurance every month and can not even get the benefits of it when it comes to claim.Its Rather hell phoning,emailing and to what's app around for money that is own to you.I spend over R150 in airtime already contacting them and sadley could not even experience there rental car hire service.
