Appauling service

<p>I am not one to complain about service providers but I am flabbergasted at the extent of incompetence of these people. Stay as far away as possible from Firstgroup, if you are in a position where they are the only towing company then ensure that the person dealing with you knows what they are doing. As most of you know, I was involved in an accident on 9 May 2017 and my car was towed incorrectly by an *********** greedy tow truck driver from FirstGroup. It was later established that their driver damaged my gearbox and it needed to be replaced. Well 2½ months later my car is still not sorted out. Firstroad have referred it to their brokers a certain ANNE-MARIE LIECHTERKOST at LIONEL ISAACS INSURANCE BROKERS PTY LTD who can’t help me or my insurance company because the broker can’t get involved in Third party liability claims, the brokers have referred me to Brtye insurance who needs to be renamed because they are far from Brtye. Spent the entire day trying to contact someone at Bryte Insurance and have been put through to almost every department even with a claim number and still can’t be assisted because nobody there knows what is happening… fast forward 2 days later and Brtye still can’t advise because there is no claim form submitted by the broker… so now guys, where does this leave me??? Can’t talk to any managers at Bryte because they also don’t know what is happening…. Guys stay far away from all of the companies I’ve mentioned above… Maybe “God willing” after this post, someone who knows how to help can contact me because I am beyond frustrated.</p> <p> </p>
