Absolute nightmare to work with first group.
Since my last engagement with hello peter, I did receive a response from first group, ensuring me that they were going to make things right and again they are silent with no remorse or intention to correct the issue. After this ordeal I would like a full refund and not a date change, as I mentioned on my last post. It’s been more than a week, not even a call to rectify the issue but I received a call to sell me another promotion.

During that call, I asked which dates you would prefer to reschedule to. You mentioned that you would confirm after speaking with your wife. However, when I attempted to follow up the next day as agreed, I was unable to get through to you.
