The worst money making scheme ever, if your car has to be towed DO NOT ALLOW THESE PEOPLE TO EVEN TOUCH YOUR CAR. They towed my car and refused to give it back to me because my insurance has not paid them yet, my car was not even damaged the guy from the towing side rushed to call my insurance before me. I was then forced for it to be brought to the yard and kept hostage for nothing. My insurance company even sent them a release letter for my car but they still refused with the reason of awaiting payment. Two days later I am waiting at reception for my car and they telling me the network is down so they can't release my car. The manager is rude and ugly. She is full of uninformed stupidity and ignorance. I'm sitting here hoping my car will be released.
