Close - but no cigar
During the sales process we were told that bends should not be installed for a fireplace, they were bad. We discussed where the fireplace would be mounted (over chimney, offset to one side of room).

Come time to install:
- Fireplace was installed in incorrect place on wall (middle of wall).
- Bends were used.
- Cost increased from quote
- No instructions on how to use.
- Fireplace was not mounted flush with wall, and damage to wall was not painted (paint was available).

Upon speaking to owner/manager (Shaun), he offered to come past, check that the fireplace worked, and provide instructions for usage. In spite of following up, withholding final payment (everything but begging to resolve), no luck. We have made final payment, but what should have been a pleasant purchase has left us bitterly disappointed - all owing to a lack of follow up.

Think twice before using these guys.
What was envisaged for the fireplace at our showroom, could not be app**** exactly on inspection/installation and bends(commonly used and recommended when necessary) were required and approved by our technical manager.
Mrs. Nikki Jammy signed off our 12 month workmanship warranty as \Level of competence - Excellent\" and commented \"neat and pleasant staff, so one would naturally assume that she was satisfied with the installation and our workmanship.
