I’ll like to express my disappointment regarding the lousy customer service I received from Patrick. I bought a fireplace . I asked him before I bought it whether he’ll assist me with someone who’ll install the it and he made an undertaking that he’ll ask someone to call me so that he can assist me with the installation. This was important for me because I wouldn’t have bought the product without it without having someone to install it. He further said that he’ll inquire when the delivery will be made. He did none of those things. I sent him a message a day later and he gaslighted me instead of apologising and resolving the problem
