Empty promises and Dropped Calls...

Fire-IT is unprofessional. I spoke with their consultants and all I got from them was poor service and a few dropped calls which is unacceptable at this day and age. I mean if I am going to be paying for a service, I expect proper service. The one lady dropped the call while I was still talking and expressing my concerns with her. From her tone I could tells he did not care at all, hence the dropped call. I hope they can hire people who have empathy or at least train their staff on client interpersonal s****s.
