WORST INTALLATION JOB EVER!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM FIRE EMPIRE CENTURION!!! We had an expensive fireplace installed from Fire Empire around April/ May 2024. The "installation team" consists of a guy barely out of high school, and he is in charge of putting the fireplace in. Butchered the ceiling and roof, very unprofessional and questionable tactics. But we thought, okay, they say they have "25 year experience", although the kid is barely 19... so... First they did a bang-up job of the flu pipe and ***l. They installed the wrong size. Called the owner and at first she refused to acknowledge its the wrong size. We could hear on the phone how she tells her installer "just get the job done, just get the job done!". They finally admitted their fault and installed the correct sized ***l. Yay.

Few months later, it started to leak into the fireplace, we didn't know and the very expensive fireplace started to rust. We had another company have a look and apparently the flu pipes were installed incorrectly. Move on to Feb 2025, and the leak is now a full blown roof leak, fireplace is drenched inside and out, room flooded. We've had the fireplace for less than a year!!!!

This company does not know how to do the job! They do not know their products and they do not know how to install any part of a fireplace correctly! I cannot be bothered to ask them to fix anything on this fireplace, because they DO NOT KNOW HOW TO INSTALL PROPERLY. Please stay away from Fire Empire - WORST PLACE FOR INSTALLATION!!!! They are going to ruin your house, totally inexperienced. STAY AWAY.
